The Employability Program at the Lisbon Project is not a job agency and we do not offer jobs. However, we do provide helpful services and activities to develop your skills which and increase your chances of getting a job.

Employability Journey
To begin your journey in the employability program first you would need to register to our platform. Afterwards, you will receive a message to join our Whatsapp Broadcast where important information is shared. Then, someone from our team will review your CV. If your CV is okay, you will be matched with our skills guides. If your CV needs some editing you will be invited to book an appointment to get it checked.Once your CV is edited you will be matched with a skills guide. Finally, after going through our skills guide your CV will be saved in our database in case an opportunity arises.
Employment Skills Development
In our skills development session you will be matched with someone that can help you fill in online applications, prepare you for job interviews, create cover letters, explore other job hunting tools, or any other help you need, regarding employability only.
